Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

Before you decide to join Interregional public organization assisting protection of civil rights "Spravedlivost", you need to get acquainted with our Articles of Association.
If you agree with the regulations of the Article of Association you are to write a Application of Joining and fill the Questionaire. Board of Directors of our organization will consider yor application and decide within a month from the date of making an application. We will inform you of the decision and after that you will pat entrance and member fees on receipt, bring (or send by mail) your documents to us according to the list.
For the organization members who are lawyers or advocates we recommend to fill in the line «Other personal information» with as more details as possible,that is: indicate your personal No. in the Bar’s register (for advocates), which field of law you specialize in, in which region (district) you practice, what governmental institutes (courts of general jurisdiction, arbitrage, officers of justice, law-enforcement authorities, etc.) and what legal assistance you prefer to render. The above information will be entered into the data base of IPO assisting protection of civil rights «Spravedlivost» with further submission of your data to your potential customers – citizens of the Russian Federation.
We would like you to pay special attention to the fact that from 01.01.2008 on entrance of the information concerning advocates and lawyers into the data base of IPO assisting protection of civil rights «Spravedlivost» will be payable irrespective of membership in the organization.
What will membership in IPO «SPRAVEDLIVOST» give?
Having made an application to join our organization  you will:
1. Join the organization, which has come to the certain results in the field of protection of rights of Russian citizens and carries on practical activities in this field working to achieve the result.
2. Render financial and moral support to the activists of IPO «Spravedlivost», directly and daily busy with this work on a voluntary basis.
3. Get an opportunity to:
a) elect and be elected to the leading and controlling bodies of IPO «Spravedlivost» and its regional departments;
b) address on priority basis IPO «Spravedlivost» for assistance, consulting, etc. In particularly complicated cases we will render assistance with using lawyers, the press, appeal to deputies of State Duma of the RF asking to send a deputy inquiry to the General Procurator’s office and other government bodies;
c) introduce to leading bodies of IPO «Spravedlivost» with any proposals and matters;
d) get full information concerning the activities of IPO «Spravedlivost».

Do you have benefits?
In future by rendering legal assistance the organization members will be granted benefits.

Are there any obstacles to joining?
Membership in IPO «Spravedlivost» is not an obstacle to taking part in activities of other public units whose goals do not contradict by-law goals of IPO «Spravedlivost». And vice versa, membership in other public units whose goals do not contradict by-law goals of IPO «Spravedlivost» is not an obstacle for membership in IPO «Spravedlivost».

Why is passport information needed?
Passport information and passport copy are needed to identify the joiner’s personality. It is not the matter of distrust in somebody, but a standard procedure by accepting new members to the organization. Moreover, your passport series and number will be your personal number in our data base. We certainly guarantee strict confidentiality of the received information and will share it with nobody without your consent.
