A tragedy happened in the family of Petr Katsyv, Vice-President of Moscow region. The only offspring ща the high-ranking official, as they say, cast prudence to the winds.
On July 7 OPO «Spravedlivost» held a picket near the building of ministry of transport of the RF. The human rights activists tried to draw the attention of the leaders of the federal authority to illegal activities of Moscow regional Vice Premier who, besides, heads regional ministry of transport. When the action already was about too end, in front of the picketers as if out of nowhere there appeared Petr Katsyv’s son Denis who was joined immediately by press secretary of ministry of transport of Moscow region Ilya Grashchenkov. The Moscow regional road master’s overgrown offspring was evidently in a bad way. It is not inconceivable that before going out he wetted his throat «to keep his spirits up». Having cussed out the human rights activists, Katsyv junior came up to the placard with a funny image of a man with a spear astride a bus strikingly resembling the head of Moscow regional ministry of transport. He kicked him with a toe-point like a real football player. Right into his whiskered face.

But it was just the beginning of the show. Having seen that he was shot with a camera, Katsyv withdrew quickly. But as it turned out hi did it to bring reinforcement. In 15 minutes already he appeared accompanied by two musclemen. The three headed right to Ruslan Yakomazov, deputy chairman of IPO «Spravedlivost» who had shot the historical kick by the son to the face image resmbling Petr Dmitrievich Katsyv.

Taking into consideration that for stopping the criminal case for white-washing in Israel only the Katsyv family had paid officially 35 million shekels, we may not doubt that in this case Denis Petrovich would not begrudge. The family had money and, by all appearances, they are not little.
But there was no bargaining. Yakomazov refused flatly to agree with the heir of a milliard inheritance. And then Katsyv went for broke.

- We will get you anyway! You will not get out of here! one of Denis’s companions cried to Yakomazov.
The human rights activists managed to leave the picket place near the building of ministry of transport only after a militia detachment called up on 02 appeared.
We understand that Petr Dmitrievich and Petr Dmitrievich’s nerves are rather slack. Too much was made by them in Moscow region to plunge the it into a disastrous situation. The more profitable the Katsyv family business the more holes appeared in Moscow regional budget. Some day the quantity told on the quality.
Following the fact of the attack and threats to Spravedlivost activists they made an appeal to law-enforcement authorities. We hope this time the trial would be objective.
However, we must rule out that Denis Katsyv’s eccentric trick meant to reach another result. Living with the thought that your father is by no means an angel with wings, and instead of expensive boutique boots he would have hooves is not easy. Anyone’s mind would go aslant. By the way, as it turned out, Denis reads our newspaper «S-pravdoy.ru» non-stop which enlightens regularly «work exploits» of Katsyv senior. The more so he came to the picket with a fresh issue. That is why we thought: maybe there was a turn in milliard minister’s son’s mind. Denis Petrovich decided not only break with the disgraceful past, but invest in the struggle with corruption in Moscow region, too.
