Yesterday, on May 5, the shareholders of production co-operative society «Agricultural artel «Kolkoz imeni Lenina» supported by Interregional public organization «Spravedlivost» held one more picket near the central office of Sberbank on Vavilov street in Moscow. The inhabitants of Lytkarino of Moscow region deprived of their land shares resulted from raider seizure tried to draw attention of the leaders of the largest Russian bank to activities of Alexander Altunin, operation board director at the stock market.
The suffered shareholders blamed Altunin in controlling lands stolen from workers of «Agricultural artel «Kolkoz imeni Lenina» through affiliated structures. The story of the land seizure became the matter of criminal prosecution, Altunin being one of its figurants.
The picketers hardly unfolded placards in front of the head office of Sberbank before they were met by officials of this body. It was them who shared the burning news. The leaders of the largest Russian bank paid attention numerous appeals of Lytkarino residents. Alexander Altunin was removed from his position of Sberbank operation board director at the stock market and will officially resign since June 1.
It is remarkable that Sberbank security service officials meeting the Lytkarino residents said that the presently former operation board director at the stock market had been serched for that militia officials. Apparently, it was to interrogate the latter-day land-owner who had got rich at the expense of common people.
