On July 14 in Moscow near the building of the Investigation Committee of MIA in Gazetny side-street there was a picket organized by IPO «Spravedlivost» supporting shareholders of land plots of kolkhoz imeni Lenina. The picketers tried to draw the attention of the leaders of the Investigation Committee th othe problem of corruption and raidering, as well as criminal case No.132465 which had for already several years not go to the court.
The matter is in embezzlement of the land shares from the workers of the production cooperative company «Agricultural artel «Kolkhoz imeni Lenina» in the town of Lytkarino of Moscow region. 206 ha of agricultural lands draw raiders’ attention in 2000. In 2 years Lytkarino people were deprived of their lands. The suffered shareholders appealed to law-enforcement authorities  more than once, but during several years they were rejected in bringing action to court.  

Finally, in 2006 the action was brought to court and transferred for investigation at the Main Investigation Board of Main Board of IInternal Affairs of Moscow region. However, it survived not long. By some unknown reason the investigation was suspended. Soon it turned out that the raiders were supported by Mister Altunin, a very influential and rich person. Before recently Alexander Altunin hel position of director of stock market operation board of Sberbank of the RF. But after numerous appeals of IPO «Spravedlivost» and the suffered shareholders to the leaders of Sberbank he was dismissed this June. 
In courts the raiders’ interests were represented by CJSC «Kamerton Konsulting» company. Before this year its actual leaders were two Natalyas – Veselnitskaya and Mitusova. The first is the wife, and the second is the daughter of Alexander Mitusov, first deputy minister of transport of Moscow region who had been also first deputy procurator of the region before he came to the regional government. Now Mitusov and his family are actually personal guards of Vice Premier of Moscow region, Petr Katsyv, the main hero of public investigations undertaken by IPO «Spravedlivost». We can suppose what is the level of connections they possess and can use …
But it does not frighten the shareholders of the former kolkhoz. They are ready to stand to the end to return their stolen land. Nearly a year ago numerous appeals of the suffered Lytkarino people and IPO «Spravedlivost» drew the attention of the Russian General Procurator and the leaders of the MIA Investigation Committee. As a result, the investigation of the criminal case of embezzlement of land shares was renewed. Several hundreds of the former kolkhoz members were questioned and found victims, the land plots they had previously possessed by law were under arrest, which plots are presently the property of companies under Altunin’s control. However, the results achieved by the investigation can come to naught. It became known that arrest was suddenly released and the investigation committee considers the matter of suspension of the criminal case. That is why the shareholders together with members of IPO «Spravedlivost» organized the picket near the MIA building.
There were a lot of requirements and slogans: the picketers’ bright placards and loud appeals of drew the attention of not only authority’s officials, but common people, too. Many of them could hardly conceal their astonishment, took interest in why the people had come the building of the Investigation Committee. One of the passers-by asked if it was fearful to come out before the building of the MIA key authority? Passers-by who were not indifferent interested in Altunin’s personality. Probably, there only one man running by whose question the picketers could not answer. He was interested in the placard saying «Corruption or Motherland». The man thought aloud for a long time what of the two he would better refuse.
