On May 21 an enterprising group of the shareholders of the productional society «Agricultuarl Artel «Kolkhoz imeni Lenina» supported by Interregional public organization «Spravedlivost» held a picket near the building of Moscow regional Duma at Mor prospect in Moscow.

The shareholders of «Agricultural artel «Kolkhoz imeni Lenina» of   twon of Lytkarino, Moscow region had been deprived of their shares in 2002 году as a result of raider’s seizure. In their opinion, the stolen land was controlled through affiliated companies by Alexander Altunin, former Director of stock market operation board of Sberbank. The deceived shareholders held pickets Sberbank central office not once demanding to check up Altunin’s activities. It became known on May 5 that Altunin had been removed from his banking position.

After reaching a certain, though not criminal yet, punishment for one of their offender, the Lytkarino people came to the regional Duma to demand bringing action into court against other figurants of land scandals in Lytkarino – Vasily Dupak, deputy of Moscow regional Duma, Sergey Kozlov, deputy of the deputies town council of Lytkarino, Petr Katsyv, Vice Premier of Moscow region.

What were these officials blamed for by former kolkhoz members? Dupak, as the picketers told, tried to take their lands where public garages were located and took possession of their shares and lands of «Petrovsloye» in an illegal way. The picketers spread the placard «Dupak, return the property to their legal owners!» and «The deceived shareholders of sovkhoz «Petrovskoye» demand to make deputy Dupak answerable».
Sergey Kozlov, according to the picketers, had persuaded them to sell their land shares to a certain venturesome Mister Tkachev represented as director of a big company. Agreements of sale and purchase with the latter had been concluded, but nobody had ever received any money. Kozlov, as former kolkhoz member think, acted together with Tkachev.

Petr Katsyv was blamed for close friendship with Alexnader Altunin and buying up the kolkhoz’s credit indebtness by his companions. The placard also spoke about plant «Stroydormash» seized by raiders who were not aliens to Petr Dmitrievich,  about GUP MO «Mostransavto» which had been turned into a shady holding by the same «family», and about the scandal with washing of large amounts of money in an Israel bank. The Lytkarino inhabitants drew the attention of Moscow regional Duma deputies to rough violations of law by these officials.

Before the picketer’s arrival to the action place they were awaited by people in austere costumes who introduced themselves as  Moscow regional Duma security officials. They copied the appeals reflected on the placards and pictured the picketers with photo and video cameras. One of the «security people» told that it was already third picket this spring. Before that deceived investors and shareholders had come to Moscow regional deputies to search for justice. Now it was the deceived shareholders who came and, to all appearances, it was not the last time.

Some time after the start of the picketing one of the security men asked for the materials which had been given to the picketers.

- There was a call from our ministers from the Moscow regional government, and they asked to take your materials, he explained.
- Was it not Katsyv by chance? Lytkarino people asked.
- Of course, no! the serviceman replied.
