On April 30 near the building of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the RF on Bolshaya Dmitrovka street 17, a personal picket held by Tatiana Shevchenko, an inhabitant of Lytkarino, Moscow region. The woman demanded to undertake an objective and comprehensive investigation of the activities of Petr Katsyv, minister of transport of Moscow region, deputy chairman of Moscow regional government.
Tatian Shevchenko is a shareholder of production cooperative society «Agricultural artel «Kolkhoz imeni Lenina» (town of Lytkarino). She became a victim of raiders who had taken the possession of her land share as well as her former colleagues’ lands in a fraudulent way. Interregional public organization «Spravedlivost» helps the former kolkhoz members to return the stolen. As Tatiana thinks, Katsyv’s companions are involved in raiders seizure of the lands owned by production cooperative society «Agricultural artel «Kolkhoz imeni Lenina». By the way, according to Shevchenko, the facts exposing Katsyv and his group had not been properly estimated by law-enforcement authorities.

The Lytkarino activist’s personal picket lasted not more than half an hour. Shevchenko was confronted by Federal Guard Service officials who asked the woman to stop picketing. As they said, there was already one personal picket in front of the building of the Council of the Federation located opposite. As the buildings, according to the FGC representatives, are located rather close to each other довольно two personal pickets could be considered  as one group picket which was not allowed.

- They explained to me that woman came out earlier, so I had to go, Tatiana Shevchenko told our correspondent.
