Three Article for Dupak

altVasily Dupak, Deputy of Moscow regional Duma was arrested yesterday on inspection of fraud for the amount of about 100 milliard ruobles. According to the investigators’ version, Vasily Dupak, being the Chairman of Board of Directors of the open joint-stock company «Plemzavod «Petrovskoye» knocked up a criminal group with his assistant and one more person who is not identified yet with the purpose of embezzlement of land which should according to the law be distributed between shareholder. The swindlers headed by Vasily Dupak forged the minutes of the general meeting in compliance with which all the rights on the land plots (total area of 926,8 ha) were transferred to a legal body founded by them. Then this company conducted unlawful trading of the land stolen from the kolkhoz shareholders. As a result the plotters deprived 561 shareholders of their lawful property.


Dupak had no time to dispose of the second land plot with the area of 1910 ha, as the fact of the minutes forgery was detected by militia officials.
The investigating authorities of the Investigation Committee by the Moscow regional prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation instituted legal proceedings against Vasily Dupak on three articles: Part 4 Art. 159 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), Part 4 Art. 174.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (legalisation of money assets acquired by a person by committing a crime) and Part 3 Art. 30, Part 4 Art. 159 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (fraud attempt).
This was already the second criminal case against a corrupted high official deputy person. According to s-pravdoy-ru, Vasily Dupak undertook a financial affair which resulted in underpayment by the company headed by him of taxes of 65,2 million roubles.
Besides, IPO «Spravedlivost» launched their own investigation of Dupak’s attempt to steal land in the town of Lytkarino where public garages are located.
The investigators go on working on Vasily Dupak’s case.
